The company Angela Terranova s.r.l. has implemented an investment project with the financial support of the EU, specifically through contributions from the PO Fesr Sicilia 2014-2020 Operational Programme, Action 3.5.1_01, for the creation of a hospitality facility named Crìu Boutique Hotel located at Viale della Regione, No. 12, Nicolosi, which was already owned by Angela Terranova s.r.l.
The investment involved the renovation of the existing building through construction and system interventions aimed at providing services to the clientele and improving the energy performance of the building.

• Installation of thermally and acoustically insulating systems and solutions;
• Redesign of internal and external spaces;
• Custom-made furniture and furnishings; furnishing of rooms and common areas;
• Purchase of household appliances and equipment;
• Purchase of furniture and lighting fixtures;
• Purchase of decorative accessories;
• Provision of a comprehensive management software for the hospitality facility and associated services, an interactive website complete with an e-commerce system, an innovative smartphone App, and Google Virtual Tour technology.
